1. Open GUI interface to monitor PDF directories
After you run e-PDF to Text Converter in your computer, its GUI interface could be opened directly. And you need to firstly click File on toolbar > select Monitor A Special Directory (Running) on dropdown list so that its relevant panel could be opened directly. And snapshot below is about related steps to open panel of producing BAK files mentioned above:
2. Batch convert PDF file to TXT file and produce BAK files
After you open this panel like below, please click Add button there, then there could be a dialog box named Setting popping out, and for us, please click Browse button there > select one folder containing PDF files you want to process entirely in pop dialog box > click Ok there, so source directly could be added, and then, please use the same way to add targeting directory in related edit-box. And finally, when both of source and targeting directories are added successfully in Setting panel, please click OK there so that program takes you back to PDF E-Book Maker panel, which is just one shown in following snapshot:
And you can see, source and destination directories are all successfully added. However, to change one of directories here, please click Modify so that you can re-type right path of folder and get right directory. Finally, to make e-PDF to Text Converter batch convert PDF file to TXT file and produce BAK files, please click OK on this panel, and later on, targeting TXT files and PDF BAK files could be produced into destination folder directly.
