On e-PDF to Text Converter v2.1 panel, please click Base Setting tab, then, click one of radios Original Layout and Reading Order in order to let program know you are going to retain original layout from PDF file to text file or maintain reading order from PDF file to text file. And also you can see, there are other options for you to select, e.g., page range, output encoding modes, etc., which could be seen as shown in following snapshot, and to set them one by one, all you need to do is just to click relevant radios directly.
